nemo2342Work: Work was uneventful today, but I'm sure that won't last for much longer. Mostly I'm just waiting for the shit to hit the fan. One of my office assistants just doesn't give a fuck anymore, and has taken several bogus checks. The store manager likes him though, so he's only gotten a slap on the wrist (after losing $1300 in checks so far). So I made an end-run around him and contacted Loss Prevention myself. Depending on how tactful Loss Prevention is, I could seriously piss the manager (and my CSM) off. They can't fire me though, as 1)They have no one that can replace me and 2)I have a totally clean record, and they need a paper trail to get rid of me.
Rocky: Believe it or not, I did go to Rocky this week, and it was good. All of my favorite regulars were back, so we actually had people yelling this week despite the quiet audience. I got more than my fair share of groping from Lillian, which was nice as always. And Jon-Michael and I had a lot of fun pretending to be going down on each other, feeling each other up, etc., even if the only person watching us onstage was Pika.
After the show I went to Perkins, despite my misgivings. Melissa, Lillian, and Megan had all asked me to go, so I finally broke down. Luckily it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Yes, we had some annoying kids, but for the most part they didn't draw too much attention to us. Melissa's friend Renee kept trying to light things on fire though, and I thought I would have to douse her with my sweet tea if she didn't stop. Even Penguin showed up, though he left rather quickly. I still miss the days when just the cast would go out to Perkins and have a quiet breakfast together, but it was nice to finally eat out with a group again.
Now I'm going to bed though. I don't have any plans for Saturday, though by the time I finally crawl out of bed it will probably be too late to do anything anyway.
